Youth Sailing - Sea Squirts Program
  
 

Sea Squirts is designed for children ages 6 to 8 who are new to sailing. The program is run under very close instructor supervision and at a slow pace. The students sail in the harbor and close to shore, which is ideal for parents to watch. The class emphasizes the basics of safety, boat parts, rigging and basic sailing theory. We use only Prams and Optimists, which are ideally suited for small sailors.
